Driver Requirements
All operators must be at least 25 years of age with a valid government-issued driver's license. Before departure, every driver must complete our mandatory Trailhead Safety Orientation and demonstrate basic vehicle proficiency. International renters must provide an English-translated license or International Driving Permit.
Insurance & Coverage
Comprehensive vehicle insurance is mandatory for all rentals. You may utilize your own qualified policy or select one of our premium Trail-Ready coverage options. A refundable security deposit is held at the start of your booking to cover incidental damages and fuel requirements during your wilderness expedition.
Cancellation Policy
Adventure plans can change. We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. In the event of severe weather warnings or trail closures, we provide flexible rescheduling options to ensure your safety and the best possible off-road experience.
